Stacbond’s Metal Composite cladding is one of the most versatile rainscreen façade systems on the market. In addition to flat panels and rectangular cassettes, Stacbond can be supplied, routered into curves, columns, volumetric shapes. Cassette panels can also be supplied incorporating, sills, soffits, corners, sealed edges and more!

Stacbond’s non-combustible fire rating (Fire Classification A2-s1, d0) makes the material suitable for buildings higher than 18m.

Male-Female

Stacbond's T-SZ system features two horizontal rails per panel supported by Trails behind, and stiffeners where necessary.

Best used with panels in landscape format. The SZ rails can be curved to suit panel curvature.

Hanging System T-Rails

Stacbond's T-CH system utilises hangers to hold the hooks of pre-fabricated cassette panels in place.

Best used with portrait panel formats. CH cassettes can include copings, returns, reveals, sills, and corners.

Riveted System

Stacbond's T-REM system consists of brackets & T rails with non-fabricated Stacbond sheets rivet fix to the rails.

This system can also be used with adhesive instead of rivets, for an invisible fix.
